A Bengaluru pioneer

Not the filling of a pot, but the lighting of a fire.

We follow Dr. Maria Montessori's belief that early education should cultivate a child's natural desire to learn — rather than filling them with facts from a pre-selected course of studies. Sishu Griha is one of the pioneers of the Montessori system in Bangalore.

Key Principles

The child at the centre.

Child-centred

The approach prioritises the child instead of the teacher, following each learner's natural curiosity.

Multi-aged

Students work collaboratively across different age groups, learning from and supporting one another.

Skill development

Strengthening thought, observation, analysis and communication skills.

Learning Techniques

Lessons that stick.

We weave diverse methodologies into daily lessons — mind mapping, acronyms and model creation — ensuring instruction caters to the learning needs of each individual student.
